Plano de negócios: Security Car

Abstract

Este trabalho de graduação tem como objetivo analisar a viabilidade de abertura de uma empresa voltada ao ramo de rastreadores veiculares no bairro Nova América localizado na cidade de Piracicaba – SP, por meio da elaboração de um plano de negócio. Para o alcance do objetivo principal foi realizado uma revisão bibliográfica sobre empreendedorismo, empreendedorismo no Brasil, segurança, inovação, plano de negócios e sobre a cidade de Piracicaba e com auxílio de uma pesquisa foi definido público. Esses dados apontaram que 80 veículos mensais e 960 no ano como potencial de atendimento da empresa para o início do negócio, compreendendo entre homens e mulheres que buscam uma maior segurança veicular, maiores de 18 anos, que possuem habilitação e veiculo próprio, que não possuem seguro, não possuem rastreador, teriam interesse em possuir e pagariam um valor que rentabiliza o negócio. Também foi realizado analise estratégica sobre o mercado, verificando a fatia do possível e planos operacionais para alcance dos objetivos físicos e financeiros, também para verificação da rentabilidade ao longo dos primeiros anos. Será necessário R$20.000,00 para o investimento inicial da abertura do negócio visto que o VPL é positivo, a TIR apresentou bom resultado e o tempo de retorno do investimento é de 3 meses e 6 dias, um ótimo indicativo da viabilidade de implantação do negócios.

This graduate work has the objective of analyzing the viability of opening a company focused on the vehicular tracker in the Nova America neighborhood, located in the city of Piracicaba - SP, by means of elaboration of a business plan. In order to reach the main objective, a bibliographical review on entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship in Brazil, security, innovation, business plan and about the city of Piracicaba with help of de search was defined public, this search has a quiz with and quantity of them, these data pointed out that 80 monthly vehicles and 960 in the first year as a potential service of the company for the beginning of the business, comprising men and women who seek greater vehicular security, over 18 years, who have a license and own vehicle, have no insurance, do not have a tracker , would have an interest in owning and paying a value that makes the business profitable. Also, strategic and market analysis was carried out, verifying possible market share and operational plans to reach the physical and financial objectives, also to verify profitability over the first few years. It will be necessary R$ 20.000,00 for the initial investment of the opening of the business since the NPV is positive, the IRR presented good result and the time of return of the investment is of 3 months and 6 days, a good indicative of the viability of implantation of the businesses.
