Homofobia.

Abstract

O assunto tratado nesta pesquisa é a homofobia, buscando mostrar como as pessoas LGBT (Lésbicas, Gays, Bissexuais e Transexuais) sofrem rejeição por parte da sociedade e a ausência de uma lei específica que os proteja. Nosso objetivo é informar a sociedade acerca do tema e esclarecer por meio da visão jurídica e psicológica. A homofobia é um mal social e coletivo além de ser um problema cultural que não se restringe apenas ao Brasil, mas a toda parte.No decorrer dos capítulos deste estudo, retratamos a Homofobia na parte conceitual, histórica e evolutiva em diversas culturas; e no setor jurídico buscamos demonstrar suas evoluções na Constituição Federal, bem como a apresentação de previsões futuras a respeito da homofobia no meio legislativo, e a intolerância extrema com homossexuais.

The issue addressed in this research is homophobia, trying to show how LGBT people (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender) suffer rejection from society and the absence of a specific law to protect them. Our objective is to inform the society about the subject and clarify through the legal and psychological view. Homophobia is a social and collective evil besides being a cultural problem that is not restricted to Brazil, but everywhere. In the course of the chapters of this study, we portray Homophobia in the conceptual, historical and evolutionary part of different cultures; and in the legal sector we seek to demonstrate their evolution in the Federal Constitution, as well as the presentation of future predictions regarding homophobia in the legislative sphere, and extreme intolerance with homosexuals.
