Estudo de implantação do sistema agroflorestal cacau, seringueira e banana

Abstract

A implantação da cultura cacaueira na região noroeste paulista é um assunto que ainda requer atenção e pesquisas dedicadas para ser totalmente compreendida. A exploração, produção e industrialização do cacau é considerada uma das maiores operações mercadológicas da história brasileira, reforçando ainda mais a importância da pesquisa sobre o tema. Sendo assim o estudo dos custos de implantação é necessário ser realizado antes da instalação de um projeto ou empreendimento, que tem como objetivo principal obter informações sobre aspectos relacionados ao projeto como investimento necessário, custo da matéria prima e custos com mão de obra. O objetivo deste trabalho foi realizar um estudo do custo da implantação do projeto SAF – Sistema Agroflorestal cacaueiro, seringueira e banana. Para tanto foi utilizado para o desenvolvimento desta pesquisa um levantamento de dados na literatura disponível a respeito do tema proposto, bem como uma planilha fornecida pela Coordenadoria de Assistência Técnica Integral (CATI). Este estudo foi de extrema importância para chegar a um valor de investimento necessário no sistema SAF.

The implantation of the cocoa culture in the northwest region of São Paulo is a subject that still requires attention and dedicated research to be fully understood. The exploration, production and industrialization of cocoa is considered one of the greatest marketing operations in Brazilian history, further reinforcing the importance of research on the topic. Therefore, the study of the implementation costs is necessary to be carried out before the installation of a project or enterprise, whose main objective is to obtain information about aspects related to the project, such as the necessary investment, cost of raw materials and labor costs. The objective of this work was to carry out a study of the cost of implementing the SAF project – Cocoa, rubber tree and banana Agroforestry System. For this purpose, a survey of data in the available literature on the proposed topic was used for the development of this research, as well as a spreadsheet provided by the Coordination of Integral Technical Assistance (CATI). This study was extremely important to arrive at a necessary investment value in the SAF system.
