Negócios Internacionais: culturas organizacionais distintas um grande desafio nas fusões internacionais

Abstract

O presente estudo apresenta as transformações organizacionais, tendo como objetivo abordar as possíveis causas dos conflitos nas empresas de culturas dessemelhantes. Acredita-se que a pesquisa traga algumas respostas sobre o choque de culturas provocado pelo processo de fusão, onde a preocupação está na forte influência sobre os negócios internacionais, mostrando um grande desafio. Por tanto, para a realização desta pesquisa far-se-á uma revisão bibliográficas em livros, teses, artigos científicos, internet e outros, seguida de uma pesquisa qualitativa, com objetivo de mostrar como as empresas vêm enfrentando os problemas.

This study presents the organizational transformations, aiming to address the possible causes of conflicts in companies of dissimilar cultures. The research is believed to bring some answers about the culture shock caused by the merger process, where the concern is in the strong influence on international business, showing a great challenge. Therefore, in order to carry out this research, a bibliographic review of books, theses, Scientific articles, internet and others will be carried out, followed by a qualitative research, with the aim of showing how companies have been facing problems
