Análise da Legislação Brasileira sobre Logística Reversa de Resíduos Eletrônicos

Abstract

Este estudo apresenta uma análise abrangente das legislações brasileiras relacionadas ao transporte reverso de lixo eletrônico. Diante do crescente do lixo eletrônico e a necessidade de práticas sustentáveis, a logística reversa parece ser uma abordagem crítica. O trabalho visa compreender a eficácia políticas existentes, identificar lacunas e sugerir melhorias para promover uma gestão mais eficiente e sustentável destes resíduos. A investigação abrange desde conceitos básicos e características do lixo eletrônico até revisões de leis, regulamentos e iniciativas práticas. Ao examinar o contexto internacional e os desafios específicos do cenário brasileiro, pretendemos contribuir para o fortalecimento do arcabouço jurídico consistente com os princípios da economia circular e da responsabilidade ambiental.

This study presents a comprehensive analysis of Brazilian legislation related to the reverse logistics of electronic waste. In view of the growing amount of electronic waste and the need for sustainable practices, reverse logistics seems to be a critical approach. The work aims to understand the effectiveness of existing policies, identify gaps, and suggest improvements to promote more efficient and sustainable management of these waste. The investigation covers from basic concepts and characteristics of electronic waste to reviews of laws, regulations, and practical initiatives. By examining the international context and the specific challenges of the Brazilian scenario, we intend to contribute to the strengthening of the legal framework consistent with the principles of the circular economy and environmental responsibility.
