Abstract

Este plano de negócio tem por finalidade apoiar a viabilidade de abertura de uma empresa no setor de streaming de bem-estar. Tal projeto tem o propósito de lançar no mercado um serviço inovador, que se trata de uma plataforma para compartilhamento de conteúdo, ao que tange o tema bem-estar, utilizando o recurso de live streaming para divulgação e acesso do público, que poderá ser gratuito, porém limitado, ou pago e disponível de forma on demand. O serviço desenvolvido pela HPlay tem o intuito de ser algo inovador, além de promover melhora à população debilitada ante ao covid-19, e posiciona-se voltado para as pessoas que possuem acesso à internet e que consomem conteúdo audiovisual online, estejam em casa ou em qualquer outro local. Nesta análise foram consideradas as etapas que se iniciam na abertura da empresa e se estende até às projeções financeiras e seus resultados. O estudo levou em consideração o local de lançamento do serviço, a região Sul do Brasil, analisando também os mercados atuantes, as análises macro e microeconômica, estudo dos concorrentes, estratégias, análise SWOT, fatores críticos de sucesso e Porter. Em conjunto, foi analisado todo o processo para a elaboração do serviço, seu desenvolvimento, funcionamento, custos, além da comunicação interna e externa da empresa, preço e retorno do investimento. Foi empregada uma metodologia de pesquisa no setor de bem-estar e streamings, uma pesquisa primária e pesquisas bibliográficas. Estas informações têm possibilitado uma visão mais clara e objetiva do negócio, além de possibilitar uma análise mais aprofundada de sua viabilidade.This business plan aims to support the feasibility of opening a company in the sector of wellness streaming. This project aims to launch in the market an innovative service, which is a platform for sharing content, regarding the theme wellness, using the resource of live streaming for dissemination and public access, which may be free, but limited, or paid and available on demand. The service developed by HPlay intends to be something innovative, besides promoting improvement to the debilitated population before the covid-19, and allocated to people who have access to the internet and who consume audiovisual content online, whether at home or at any other location. In this analysis, the stages that start with the opening of the company and extend to the financial projections and their results. The study took into consideration the place where the service launched, the southern region of Brazil, also analyzing the active markets, the macro and microeconomic analyses, the study of competitors, strategies, SWOT analysis, critical success factors, and Porter. In conjunction, the entire process for the elaboration of the service was analyzed, its development, operation, costs, as well as the company's internal and external communication, price, and return on investment. It has been used a research methodology in the wellness and streaming industry, a primary research and literature search. This information has enabled a clearer and more objective view of the business, as well as a deeper analysis of its viability.
