Abstract

Ao analisar o mercado atual podemos notar a carência de estabelecimentos abertos após o horário de expediente, principalmente quando se fala de supermercados. Notando isso, pensamos em estabelecer um sistema de automatização através de totens de autoatendimento que funcionarão no período considerado noturno (22h às 5h) para que assim possa haver um supermercado ativo. Este sistema traz benefícios para todos os envolvidos. Para o empresário que aderiu ao sistema, pois assim não será necessário o treinamento de muitos funcionários, além de conseguir lucrar também no período noturno; para o cliente, pois com tamanha tecnologia o modelo de compra fica muito mais rápido, prático e eficaz. Também para a região, pois com um maior desenvolvimento em algo, logo investidores são atraídos, movendo ainda mais o mercado regional. O projeto foi pensado para ser estabelecido em hiper e supermercados, por possuírem uma estrutura habilitada e alcançarem um maior número de clientes.

When analyzing the current market, we can notice the lack of establishments open after office hours, especially when talking about supermarkets. Noting this, we thought we'd establish an automation system through self-service totems that will work in the period considered nightly (22h to 5am) so that there can be an active supermarket. This system brings benefits to everyone involved. For the entrepreneur who joined the system, because thus it will not be necessary to train many employees, besides being able to profit also in the night period; for the customer, because with such technology the purchase model is much faster, practical and effective. Also for the region, because with greater development in something, soon investors are attracted, moving the regional market even more. The project was designed to be established in hyper and supermarkets, because they have a structure enabled and reach a greater number of customers.
