SINIAV (Sistema Nacional de Identificação Auto Veicular): coibindo furto e roubo de veículos no estado de São Paulo

Abstract

A criminalidade cresce a cada dia, causando muitos danos à sociedade, inúmeros veículos são furtados ou roubados e o policiamento preventivo e ostensivo promovido pela segurança pública não é capaz de recuperar esses veículos em sua maioria, e em muitas vezes nem há perspectiva de sua localização. Paralelamente a tecnologia avança, graças ao ser humano, que causa o problema e define a solução. Novos estudos direcionam novas idéias e projetos, e eis que cientistas e especialistas da área de computação e análise desenvolvem um sistema capaz de monitorar e identificar a situação de cada veículo em tempo real. No Brasil este sistema é o SINIAV (Sistema Nacional de Identificação Auto Veicular) que está em fase de construção. A obra parte do Governo Federal, em especial o órgão Nacional de Trânsito o DENATRAN (Departamento Nacional de Trânsito) que determina a instalação de um chip que contém uma etiqueta de numeração única associada a divisões com espaços de memória reservados para informações peculiares a cada veículo, estas acessadas futuramente por sinais de Radio Frequência, ou RFID quando necessárias, devolvendo as respostas ao terminais leitores. O objetivo desta forma, aplica-se ao esclarecimento, com ênfase ao estado de São Paulo, maior alvo de furto e roubo de veículos. A questão não é apenas se terá enfim a sua imensa frota controlada por meio desse sistema mas sim se promete êxito. Portanto no capítulo 1 temos a contextualização social e tecnológica; no capítulo 2 definições do SINIAV e no 3 a Tecnologia RFID, e ao final os aspectos técnicos no capítulo 4.
