Tecnologia: extinção de funções e os reflexos sociais e organizacionais

Abstract

Este trabalho traz um percurso histórico das mudanças sociais que têm ocorrido com o avanço tecnológico e considera indissociável a relação entre trabalho e tecnologia, principais pontos a serem abordados. Em um contexto atual, após quatro revoluções industriais, é possível observar que a mudança é uma característica fáctica das so-ciedades e que o avanço tecnológico é inevitável. A atual Revolução Industrial é de-notada pelo elevado grau de desenvolvimento tecnológico, com uma elevada quan-tidade de dados produzidos e processados, e pelo acentuado desenvolvimento tec-nológico que afeta diretamente a área de telecomunicações, traz inovações na área de Tecnologia da Informação, com dados que surgem a uma velocidade de bits. Tais mudanças têm alterado as relações de emprego e consequentemente afetado o tra-balho humano e, em especial, tem-se concluído que o homem será substituído pelas máquinas em suas relações de trabalho e que tal contexto afetará a economia, a estrutura social e as próprias organizações, uma vez que o trabalho é a principal fonte de renda humana, que proporciona o acesso a bens e serviços. Este trabalho apresenta quais são as soluções consideradas por estudos que abordam o dina-mismo social ocasionado pela tecnologia e se utiliza de uma abordagem hipotético-dedutiva, sendo pesquisa classificada como do tipo bibliográfica.

This work presents a historical journey of the social changes that have occurred with technological advances and considers the relationship between work and technology to be inseparable, the main points to be addressed. In a current context, after four industrial revolutions, it is possible to observe that change is a factual characteristic of societies and that technological progress is inevitable. The current Industrial Revo-lution is denoted by the high degree of technological development, with a high amount of data produced and processed, and by the accentuated technological de-velopment that directly affects the telecommunications area, bringing innovations in the area of Information Technology, with data that arise from a bit rate. Such chang-es have altered employment relationships and consequently affected human work, and in particular, it has been concluded that men will be replaced by machines in their work relationships and that such a context will affect the economy, social struc-ture and organizations themselves., since work is the main source of human income, which provides access to goods and services. This work presents the solutions con-sidered by studies that address the social dynamism caused by technology, and uses a hypothetical-deductive approach, being research classified as a bibliographical type.
