O uso da tecnologia no agendamento ao cliente e seus impactos

Abstract

O presente trabalho compõe-se da elaboração de um aplicativo e site de agendamento responsável por fornecer auxílio por meio de suas ferramentas aos prestadores de serviços, embasando-se na problemática da questão, referente à possibilidade de gestão de tempo integrada aos autônomos, visto que eles estão encarregados de cuidar de sua saúde financeira, organizacional, burocrática e orçamentária. O software desenvolvido ao longo deste artigo, elaborou ferramentas que facilitam o agendamento de serviços prestados pelos autônomos em prol de suprir todas as suas necessidades. Vale salientar que foi respeitada a Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados Pessoais (LGPD), n° 13.709/2018, em todo o desenvolvimento do aplicativo e site com o viés de estabelecer e manter a honra entre a Daily Tech Process e seus consumidores.

This work consists of the development of an application and website for scheduling responsible for providing assistance through its tools to service providers, based on the problematic of the issue, regarding the possibility of integrated time management for self-employed people, as they are responsible for taking care of its financial, organizational, bureaucratic and budget. The software developed throughout this article created tools that facilitate the scheduling of services provided by freelancers in order to meet all your needs. It is worth noting that the General Protection Law was respected of Personal Data (LGPD), no. 13,709/2018, throughout the development of the application and website with the aim of establishing and maintaining honor between Daily Tech Process and its consumers.
