Aplicação para contratação de prestadores de serviços de informática

Abstract

Uma das áreas que mais emprega e que está sempre em constante crescimento é a área da tecnologia. Mesmo em momentos críticos como durante a pandemia, a empregabilidade para essa área continuou crescendo e se desenvolvendo. Porém, em contrapartida, apesar da grande quantidade de vagas em aberto, não é fácil ingressar na área sem possuir experiência suficiente para competir com o crescente número de profissionais da informática. Pensando especificamente em profissionais da informática recém-formados ou estagnados, o presente trabalho se propõe a criar uma aplicação web para prestadores de serviço de informática. O objetivo da aplicação é facilitar a comunicação entre os prestadores de serviço de informática e empresas de pequeno ou grande porte, visando ampliar as oportunidades profissionais para esses prestadores, aumentando seus portfólios e gerando experiências. A aplicação também auxilia as empresas, visto que a contratação dos serviços de informática é mais em conta do que a contratação formal dos profissionais dessa área. Trata-se de uma pesquisa aplicada, composta por pesquisa bibliográfica para a discussão das contribuições de autores da área e pesquisa experimental, com vistas ao desenvolvimento do produto tecnológico. Durante o desenvolvimento da aplicação, foi feita uma análise sobre qual seria a melhor plataforma para as finalidades pretendidas. Como resultado, foi obtido um site, que facilita essa troca entre o prestador e a empresa por ser uma plataforma dinâmica, com boa usabilidade, comunicabilidade e acessibilidade, ou seja, seguindo os critérios básicos da IHC (Interação Humano Computador).

Thinking specifically about recently graduated or stagnant IT professionals, the present work proposes to create a web application for IT service providers. The purpose of the application is to facilitate communication between IT service providers and small or large companies, aiming to expand professional opportunities for these providers, increasing their portfolios and generating experiences. The application also helps companies since the hiring of IT services is more affordable than the formal hiring of professionals in this area. This is an applied research, composed of bibliographic research to discuss the contributions of authors in the area and experimental research, with a view to the development of the technological product. During the development of the application, an analysis was made of which would be the best platform for the intended purposes. As a result, a website was obtained, which facilitates this exchange between the provider and the company as it is a dynamic platform, with good usability, communicability, and accessibility, that is, following the basic criteria of the HCI (Human-Computer Interfaces).
