O empreendedorismo feminino em Bragança Paulista: cooperativismo, networking no grupo Bragança para Mulheres

Abstract

Este trabalho tem como propósito abordar sobre o tema Empreendedorismo Feminino, destacando o grupo de mulheres empreendedoras da cidade de Bragança Paulista, conhecido como BRAGANÇA PARA MULHERES. Ao longo desse estudo, serão explorados os motivos que levam as empreendedoras a ingressarem no mercado empreendedor, bem como os desafios enfrentados por elas nessa jornada. Para enriquecer a pesquisa, conta-se com a participação de quatro integrantes do grupo que vão contribuir com suas experiencias e perspectivas através de uma entrevista para o desenvolvimento desta pesquisa.

This study aims to address the topic of Female Entrepreneurship, highlighting the group of women entrepreneurs from the city of Bragança Paulista, known as BRAGANÇA PARA MULHERES. Throughout this study, we will explore the reasons that lead women to enter the entrepreneurial market, as well as the challenges they face on their journey. To enrich the research, the participation of four members from the group will be included, who will contribute their experiences and perspectives through an interview for the development of this study.
