Cyberbullying: estudo de verificação da ocorrência de atos através de análise de resultados de uma pesquisa com alunos do ensino fundamental na Zona Leste de São Paulo

Abstract

Com a inclusão digital e os novos avanços tecnológicos, o bullying tomou nova forma. A prática dos ataques passou também a ser efetuada no ambiente virtual juntamente com a utilização de aparelhos tecnológicos. O conceito Cyberbullying foi criado a fim de apresentar essa nova prática de crime virtual, ou seja, é todo tipo de difamação repetitiva no espaço virtual com o uso de ferramentas tecnológicas, entre elas: perfis em redes sociais envolvendo principalmente os adolescentes. Com o objetivo de pesquisar eventos da ocorrência do Cyberbullying a fim de compreender o surgimento e as causas desse tipo de crime virtual, levantar dados estatísticos e comparar as incidências com pesquisas efetuadas nos principais ambientes vulneráveis para contrastar os efeitos e as formas preventivas, a fim de responder a seguinte questão: “por que as medidas preventivas e formas seguras de acesso à internet não evitam a ocorrência do Cyberbullying e quais são os ambientes mais vulneráveis para a ocorrência desse crime?”. As hipóteses levantadas para a pesquisa são: levantamento das principais propostas preventivas implantadas atualmente e comparação com os resultados, refletindo sobre o que vem sendo concretizado, verificação das principais causas que levam a prática do bullying virtual e identificação de alguns comportamentos que geram a incidência dos casos. Para justificar as afirmativas elaboradas para este trabalho, foram pesquisados e analisados diversos livros e autores, desde a conceituação do que são bullying e bullying virtual, medidas preventivas, principais serviços do ambiente virtual onde geralmente são praticados os ataques, difamação no meio tecnológico, estudos e pesquisas já elaboradas sobre conduta de adolescentes em redes sociais, entre outros tópicos.

Bullying has been changing with the digital inclusion and technological advances. Virtual attack practice has been performed in cyberspace along with the technical device uses. Cyberbullying conception was created in order to bring a new way to define its technological approach, in other words, it is all kinds of repetitive defamation in cyberspace through the use of technological tools, teenager participation in social network profiles. With the propose of researching cyberbullying attacks and understand its conception, crime causation, surveying statistic data and incidence comparison with fragile environment surveys to find differences among results and prevention measures. In order to answer the question: “Why aren’t the prevention measures and safe internet access methods effective against Cyberbullying and which are the most fragile environment for the crime?” The hypotheses raised for the research are: main applied prevention measures survey and result comparison, showing what is being effective, the main reason why bullying is occurring in cyberspace and identification of some behaviors which cause crime occurrence. In order to justify those hypotheses, books and authors were analyzed, from bullying and cyberbullying concept, prevention measures, the main virtual services where attacks are practiced, defamation in cyberspace, research and surveys created to study teenager conduct in social networks and other subjects.
