A importância da logística no transporte de sêmen ovino para inseminação artificial: um estudo realizado com reprodutor do município de Jarinu/SP

Abstract

O consumo de carne ovina apresenta um crescimento significativo no mercado brasileiro, para atender a demanda desse mercado cada vez mais competitivo são utilizadas técnicas de melhoria genética do rebanho, por meio de Inseminação Artificial (IA), desta forma a produção e abate podem expandir de maneira rentável. Sendo assim o objetivo principal desse trabalho é analisar a qualidade do envio do material genético, através de duas empresas distintas. O maior desafio dos produtores é atender a demanda do mercado utilizando um processo de distribuição adequado, logo o transporte é fator fundamental na cadeia distributiva, pois para o envio de sêmen são necessários cuidados especiais com a carga. A partir do estudo e análise do sistema produtivo de ovinos de corte e a distribuição de sêmen, algumas dificuldades no transporte da carga foram encontradas e toma-se como principal objetivo do artigo, atingir o público ideal para que reflexões sejam feitas e enfim, as devidas melhorias na área.

The consumption of sheep meat presents a significant growth in the Brazilian market, in order to meet the demand of this increasingly competitive market, techniques of genetic improvement of the herd are used, through Artificial Insemination (AI), in this way the production and slaughter can expand of costeffective way. Thus, the main objective of this work is to analyze the quality of the sending of the genetic material, through two different companies. The biggest challenge for producers is to meet the market demand using an adequate distribution process, so transport is a fundamental factor in the distribution chain, because for the shipment of semen special care is required with the cargo. From the study and analysis of the productive system of sheep and the distribution of semen, some difficulties in the transportation of the load have been found and is taken as the main objective of the article, to reach the ideal audience for reflections to be made and, finally, the due to improvements in the area
