Au Inclusive Resort & Spa for Dogs: hospedagem, lazer e bem estar para cães

Abstract

Este trabalho apresenta um plano de negócios para a empresa Au Inclusive Resort & Spa for Dogs, empresa essa que está inserida no segmento de creches e hotéis para cães na cidade de Americana/SP. O objetivo geral desse plano de negócios foi compreender os dados coletados em pesquisas, transformar em informação e avaliar a viabilidade do sucesso do negócio. Dentro da área de conhecimento da Inovação e Empreendedorismo, foram aplicadas pesquisas exploratória e quantitativa, através de um questionário para 205 pessoas, com o objetivo de identificar perfil, hábitos e preferências do comprador e consumidor. Essas pesquisas forneceram subsídios ao trabalho desenvolvido. Ainda, foram utilizadas bases de dados das associações de animais domésticos e informações do setor pet. Essa base de pesquisa ajudou a responder e, consequentemente resolver problemas identificados na comunidade, com relação à estadia, serviços de acompanhamento, higiene, bem-estar, lazer e tecnologias seguras para animais de estimação. Os resultados obtidos com este trabalho foram satisfatórios, no que diz respeito ao seu objetivo principal, ou seja, a viabilidade do negócio, uma vez que o payback é e a rentabilidade são atrativos para o investidor.

This work aims to present a business plan for the company Au Inclusive Resort & Spa for Dogs, a company that is part of the daycare and hotel segment for dogs in the city of Americana/SP. The general objective of this business plan was to understand the data collected in research, transform it into information and evaluate the viability of the business success. Within the area of knowledge of Innovation and Entrepreneurship, exploratory and quantitative research was applied, through a questionnaire for 205 people, in order to identify the profile, habits and preferences of the buyer and consumer. These surveys provided subsidies for the work developed. Still, databases of associations of domestic animals and information from the pet sector were used. This research base helped to answer and, consequently, solve problems identified in the community, in relation to the stay, accompanying services, hygiene, well-being, leisure and safe technologies for pets. The results obtained with this work were satisfactory, with regard to its main objective, that is, the viability of the business, since the payback is and the profitability are attractive to the investor.
