Abstract

O presente trabalho tem como objetivo apresentar um creme clareador à base de ácido tranexâmico e Aloe vera, para tratar as manchas de pele causada pelo melasma, é um distúrbio pigmentar da pele caracterizada por manchas escuras na pele. Ocorre principalmente no rosto, mas pode ocorrer em outros segmentos do corpo. Comumente as vítimas dessa doença relatam sentimentos, como: baixa autoestima, vergonha e falta de motivação. Diante disso o creme removerá as manchas da pele, recuperando a autoestima das pessoas. Os tratamentos que existem no mercado são em preços elevados e para muitas pessoas não são acessíveis e nem sempre apresentam um resultado satisfatório, portanto como objetivo principal desse trabalho é mudar esses fatores, realizando um creme de baixo custo, com o princípio ativo sendo o ácido tranexâmico, que é uma droga hidrofílica inibidora da plasmina, classicamente utilizada como agente antifibrinolítico. Surge como um potencial tratamento para o melasma, com melhores resultados e menos efeitos adversos. Sua ação é diferenciada de outros clareadores que comumente atuam inibindo a enzima tirosinase. O ácido tranexâmico funciona inibindo a conversão do plasminogenio em plasmina, essa substância é liberada sempre que a nossa pele sofre agressão como exposição solar, inflamação da acne ou um machucado. A plasmina estimula fortes fatores inflamatórios que vão aumentar a produção de melanina e a inflamação, ao inibir a plasmina, inibe-se o estímulo da produção de melanina e a inflamação. Its action is differentiated from other whiteners that commonly act by inhibiting the tyrosinase enzyme. Tranexamic acid works by inhibiting the conversion of plasminogen to plasmin, this substance is released whenever our skin is harmed such as sun exposure, acne inflammation or a bruise. Plasmin stimulates strong inflammatory factors that will increase melanin production and inflammation by inhibiting plasmin, inhibiting the stimulation of melanin production and inflammation. Aloe vera will moisturize the skin without leaving it oily. In addition, Aloe vera has other benefits like regenerating and rejuvenating the skin.
