Abstract

O objetivo deste TG foi apresentar o plano de negócio para analisar a viabilidade de implantação de uma empresa de prestação de serviços em epilação feminina e esportiva, através de produtos naturais registrados pela Anvisa com procedimentos epilatórios humanizados que respeitem a pele e o bem estar da mulher, a metodologia utilizada compreendeu os seguintes métodos de pesquisa: na primeira fase, utilizou-se a revisão bibliográfica com o propósito de analisar na literatura sobre empreendedorismo, buscando embasamento teórico e científico para um bom plano; no segundo momento foram feitas as pesquisas de mercado, levantamentos comerciais e financeiros consequentemente um estudo com a ferramenta de plano de negócio do SEBRAE-SC.; os resultados obtidos indicaram resultados satisfatórios, pode-se então concluir que é viável a abertura da Epyl Action com base nos dados apresentados.

The objective of this TG was to present the business plan to analyze the feasibility of implementing a company providing services in women's and sports epilation, through natural products registered by Anvisa with humanized epilatory procedures that respect the skin and the well-being of women; the methodology used comprised the following methods of research: in the first phase, literature review was used with the purpose of analyzing entrepreneurship in the literature, seeking theoretical and scientific basis for a good plan; in the second moment, market research, commercial and financial surveys were carried out, consequently a study with the SEBRAE-SC business plan tool. The results obtained indicated satisfactory results, so it can be concluded that opening Epyl Action company is feasible.
