JN Clean - Soluções em Limpeza

Abstract

O objetivo deste TG foi apresentar o plano de negócios da JN Clean – Soluções em Limpeza, e mostrar os resultados e análises realizadas para verificar a viabilidade do negócio, a metodologia utilizada compreendeu os seguintes métodos de pesquisa: na primeira fase, utilizou-se a revisão bibliográfica com o propósito de analisar na literatura o referencial teórico relacionados a essas questões que fazem parte de um plano de negócios e que devem ser entendidas pelos gestores; no segundo momento após a aplicação destes conceitos; os resultados obtidos indicaram que a empresa apresenta bons resultados no planejamento e tem viabilidade positiva para o negócio; pode-se concluir que embora o investimento seja alto, a taxa de retorno deste investimento é satisfatória e de curto prazo, logo esse planejamento tem grandes possibilidade de êxito.

The objective of this TG was to present the business plan of JN Clean - Soluções em Cleaning, and to show the results and analyzes carried out to verify the viability of the business, the methodology used included the following research methods: in the first phase, the bibliographic review with the purpose of analyzing in the literature the theoretical framework related to these issues that are part of a business plan and that must be understood by managers; in the second moment after the application of these concepts; the results obtained indicated that the company presents good results in planning and has positive viability for the business; it can be concluded that although the investment is high, the rate of return on this investment is satisfactory and short-term, so this planning has a great possibility of success.
