Abstract

O objetivo deste TG foi apresentar o estudo e a viabilidade de lançamento de um novo produto, a metodologia utilizada compreende os seguintes métodos de pesquisa: na primeira fase, utilizou-se a revisão bibliográfica com o propósito de analisar na literatura os conceitos e responsabilidades de cada departamento da organização; no segundo momento a pesquisa trouxe um estudo detalhado sobre o mercado atuante e posicionamento da empresa frente aos seus clientes; os resultados obtidos indicaram a viabilidade da criação do novo produto; pode-se concluir que a Shop dos Alarmes tem potencial para colocar em ação o lançamento do novo sistema de monitoramento hibrido, On Demand.

The objective of this TG was to present the study and the feasibility of launching a new product, the methodology used comprises the following research methods: in the first phase, a bibliographic review was used with the purpose of analyzing in the literature the concepts and responsibilities of each department of the organization; in the second moment, the research brought a detailed study about the active market and positioning of the company in front of its customers; the results obtained indicated the feasibility of creating the new product; it can be concluded that Shop dos Alarmes has the potential to put into action the launch of the new hybrid monitoring system, On Demand.
