Viabilidade da zona de processamento de exportação em Fernandópolis.

Abstract

Através dos estudos e pesquisas que realizamos, nosso projeto tem como objetivo verificar a viabilização da Zona de Processamento de Exportação conhecê-la melhor, se a população está capacitada ou se capacitaria se traria desenvolvimento social e econômico e se Fernandópolis possui a infraestrutura necessária para uma ZPE. Para a realização do trabalho, buscamos realizar pesquisas com alunos, sites, visita a prefeitura, projeção, livros e procuramos também entender como se trata o comércio exterior, como é regida as normas contábeis e as influências que a globalização causa neste processo com a presença da Contabilidade Internacional, para que então pudéssemos obter informações concretas e íntegras para que chegássemos aos resultados. Dessa forma, houve resultados que satisfizeram nossas expectativas, como o desejo da população em conhecer melhor do que se trata e em contraposto, a geração de jovens que parcialmente não se capacitaria. Também fora aberto o edital de licitação onde nenhuma proposta foi apresentada, porém com muitos interessados. Concluímos que a população acredita no desenvolvimento da cidade, Fernandópolis possui infraestrutura necessária, trará realmente desenvolvimento socioeconômico, será viável e seria um marco na história da cidade. A população gostaria da vinda da ZPE, porém este processo depende muito da burocracia no processo de implantação.

Through the studies and research that we conducted, our project aims to determine the feasibility of the Export Processing Zone to know it better, if the population is able or enable to bring social and economic development and if Fernandópolis has the necessary infrastructure for a ZPE. To carry out the work, we conduct research with students, sites, visit the city, projection, books and also try to understand how it comes to foreign trade, as it is governed by accounting standards and the influences that globalization issue in this case with the presence the International Accounting, so that we could get specific and straightforward information for us to get the results. Thus, there were results that met our expectations, as the desire of the population to know better what it is and the opposed, the generation of young people who are not part would enable. We also observe that outside open the bidding which no proposal was submitted, but with many stakeholders. We conclude that the population believes in the development of the city, Fernandópolis has necessary infrastructure, it will really bring social-economic development will be feasible and would be a milestone in the history of the city. The population would like the coming of the ZPE, but this process depends a lot on the bureaucracy in the implementation process.
