Ata estágio: software de auxilio para assistente técnico administrativo.

Abstract

Estágio é a preparação educacional para o trabalho produtivo do educando, o estágio tem como objetivo auxiliar e preparar o estagiário para obter experiência no meio de trabalho em que atua. O projeto ATA Estágio tem como intuito contribuir com a melhoria das organizações administrativas de estágios, visando o controle e o manejo de informações de estagiários, desde a indicação para seleção dos estudantes até o encerramento do presente contrato. O sistema irá auxiliar o ATA (Assistente Técnico Administrativo) de maneira a facilitar o controle de estágios, empregos e admissões, solucionando assim um problema de armazenamento de dados. O ATA cuidará para que os processos administrativos sejam cumpridos, e presta atendimento interno e externo tendo as funções de suporte na área de gestão dos estágios, não cuidando somente dos documentos de cadastro de estudantes, cadastro de empresas e cadastro de estagio. Observou-se que no mercado atual existe a falta de um sistema que possa controlar e manusear dados administrativos, e auxiliar o estagiário a encontra o estágio desejado e adequado. O projeto ajudará diretamente e indiretamente o estagiário, reduzindo o tempo para ser contratado, analisar se está de fato realizando as funções para a qual foi designado. Com este sistema Web a finalidade será beneficiar os alunos, fazendo-os encontrar um estagio e reduzir o tempo perdido a procura do mesmo.

It was observed that in the current market there is a lack of a system that can control and handle administrative data, and help the trainee to find the desired and adequate stage. The project will directly and indirectly assist the trainee, reducing the time to be hired, analyzing if he is in fact performing the functions for which he was appointed. With this Web system the purpose will be to benefit the students, making them find an internship and reduce the lost time in search of it.
