Pedofilia.

Abstract

Definido pela Organização Mundial da Saúde como doença, a pedofilia vem tomando a mídia em geral. O presente trabalho vem a discutir sua criminalização, suas origens históricas e problematização sobre o pedófilo, os abusos e as vítimas. Implica salientar que, atualmente, os mais jovens são plenos de direitos e sua violação é severamente punida em lei. Há um choque entre a sexualidade da criança e a que é adquirida na maturidade: a linha tênue entre elas decorre em distúrbios comportamentais e quem deve ser penalizado é o abusador. É discutido como a cultura de hoje vê a criança e seu mundo próprio.

Defined by the World Health Organization as a disease, pedophilia has been taking the media in general. This essay discusses its criminalization, its historical origins and rendering problematic of pedophile, abuse and their victims. It implies noted that currently the youngest are full rights and their violation is severely punished by law. There is a clash between the child’s sexuality and what is gained in maturity: the fine line between them and the behavioral disorders and who should be penalized is the abuser. It’s discussed as today’s culture sees the child and their own world.
