Felicidade Interna Bruta: análise dos líderes de uma indústria de produção de máquinas agrícolas localizada no interior de São Paulo

Abstract

O teste de Felicidade Interna Bruta (FIB) surgiu como um indicador para medir o desenvolvimento das nações, porém acabou sendo ampliado para o meio corporativo tendo em vista a crescente problemática em torno desse tema. Dessa forma, o objetivo central desse trabalho foi abordar e analisar os níveis de felicidade dos líderes de uma indústria de produção de máquinas agrícolas do interior de São Paulo por meio da metodologia quali-quanti, de modo a propor melhorias cabíveis e novos métodos de gestão de recursos humanos tendo como base as conclusões obtidas por meio da união entre a análise teórica e os dados resultantes do teste aplicado. Nesse âmbito, foram utilizadas e relacionadas teorias filosóficas e da psicologia positiva, dentre outras ciências, com a finalidade de tornar a compreensão do tema mais abrangente. Os resultados da pesquisa indicaram que a maior parte dos respondentes estão felizes nas esferas pessoais e profissionais, o que impactou positivamente no FIB, já que o indivíduo considerado infeliz não possuía, majoritariamente, problemas relacionados à atuação profissional e sim ao bem-estar pessoal. Por fim, foi possível concluir que a empresa possui um ambiente organizacional positivo e satisfatório.

The Gross Internal Happiness (GNH) test emerged as an indicator to measure the development of nations, but it was eventually extended to the corporate environment in view of the growing issues surrounding this topic. Thus, the main objective of this study was to approach and analyze the happiness levels of the leaders of an agricultural machinery production industry in the interior of São Paulo using the quali-quanti methodology, in order to propose appropriate improvements and new methods of human resource management based on the conclusions obtained by combining the theoretical analysis with the data resulting from the test applied. In this context, philosophical and positive psychology theories, among other sciences, were used and related in order to provide a more comprehensive understanding of the subject. The results of the survey indicated that most of the respondents were happy in their personal and professional spheres, which had a positive impact on the GNH, since most of the individuals considered to be unhappy did not have problems related to their professional performance, but rather to their personal well-being. Finally, it was possible to conclude that the company has a positive and satisfactory organizational environment.
