Abrindo uma transportadora expressa: primeiros passos

Abstract

Com o constante crescimento das regiões metropolitanas no país, é cada vez mais notável a necessidade de operadores logísticos capazes de oferecer um serviço especializado em entregas rápidas, de documentos e cargas de pequeno volume, tendo em vista o aumento exponencial de veículos e, naturalmente, gerando gargalos no trânsito que dificultam a fluidez das mercadorias. Avaliando a proximidade da região metropolitana de Campinas ao Aeroporto Internacional de Viracopos, sua estrutura empresarial e econômica, e a sua enorme participação no PIB nacional, surgiu a ideia de criar um plano de negócios para esse nicho do mercado logístico, sendo necessário o planejamento dos principais pilares para o sucesso do negócio, aperfeiçoando os passos da cadeia de valores. Com fundamentação teórica baseada em pesquisas na gestão de pequenos negócios, o presente trabalho teve como objetivo apresentar os passos essenciais para a abertura de uma empresa nesse ramo de operações, levando em consideração a legislação, custos, recursos humanos, estratégia de localização e estrutura mínima para operação, na região metropolitana de Campinas. Para a elaboração do conteúdo aqui apresentado, foi realizada pesquisa exploratória em diferentes canais, e coleta de dados qualitativos e quantitativo-descritivos. A análise foi realizada nos dados do referencial teórico, para a sugestão de plano de negócios do operador logístico. O autor apresenta o resultado obtido como sendo uma sintetização dos passos necessários dentro da sua delimitação de pesquisa. Como produto final do trabalho, foi concluído que a abertura e manutenção de uma empresa de transporte expresso é possível na RMC, seguindo o plano de negócios elaborado pelo autor.

With the steady growth of the metropolitan regions in the country, it is becoming increasingly noticeable the need for logistics operators able to offer a specialized service in fast delivery, document and small cargo, in view of the exponential increase of vehicles and, of course, generating traffic bottlenecks that hinder the flow of goods. Assessing the proximity of the metropolitan region of Campinas to Viracopos International Airport, its business and economic structure, and its huge participation in the national GDP, the idea of creating a business plan for this niche of the logistics market arose, requiring the planning of main pillars for business success by perfecting the steps of the value chain. Based on the theoretical foundation based on research in small business management, this paper aims to present the essential steps for opening a company in this branch of operations, taking into consideration the legislation, costs, human resources, location strategy and minimum structure for operation in the metropolitan region of Campinas. For the elaboration of the content presented here, exploratory research was performed in different channels, and qualitative and quantitative-descriptive data collection. The analysis was performed based on the theoretical reference data, for the suggestion of business plan of the logistics operator. The author presents the result obtained as a synthesis of the necessary steps within his research delimitation. As a final product of the work, it was concluded that the opening and maintenance of an express transport company is possible at RMC, following the business plan prepared by the author.
