Aspectos motivacionais para os ingressos e egressos do curso de gestão de recursos humanos da faculdade de tecnologia

Abstract

Com o advento da complexidade nas organizações devido ao crescimento econômico e social, surgiu a necessidade de uma gestão dedicada exclusivamente às pessoas. Este estudo visa analisar os motivos que levaram estudantes a escolher a graduação em Gestão de Recursos Humanos e suas expectativas ao final do curso, levando em consideração os aspectos motivacionais dos ingressos e egressos do curso de Gestão de Recursos Humanos em uma faculdade de tecnologia de Franca, chegando ao objetivo deste trabalho. O tema foi escolhido pela exigência do mercado de trabalho por profissionais capacitados e o quanto a graduação pode contribuir para a evolução pessoal e profissional das pessoas. Para atingir o objetivo o trabalho foi dividido em duas fases metodológicas, primeiramente, analisar, através de uma pesquisa bibliográfica, a motivação dos ingressos pela escolha do curso bem como suas expectativas em relação à graduação, posteriormente, buscar, através da aplicação de uma pesquisa de campo com os alunos da faculdade, os aspectos motivacionais dos egressos do curso, comparando sua motivação inicial com a motivação atual, as influências que o curso gerou na vida pessoal e profissional e suas expectativas pós conclusão do curso. Os resultados obtidos na pesquisa possibilitaram identificar um perfil dos estudantes que optaram pelo curso, suas expectativas durante a graduação e após seu término. Constata-se que o curso atende às expectativas dos graduandos e que agrega conhecimento que serão utilizados no exercício da profissão, é perceptível também as oportunidades de crescimento profissional que o curso proporcionou aos egressos.

With the advent of complexity in organizations due to economic and social growth, the need for management dedicated exclusively to people arose. This study aims to analyze the reasons that led students to choose a degree in Human Resources Management and their expectations at the end of the course, taking into account the motivational aspects of those entering and leaving the Human Resources Management course at a technology college in Franca. , reaching the objective of this work. The theme was chosen due to the job market's demand for trained professionals and the extent to which graduation can contribute to people's personal and professional development. To achieve the objective, the work was divided into two methodological phases, firstly, analyzing, through bibliographical research, the motivation of those enrolled in choosing the course as well as their expectations in relation to graduation, subsequently, searching, through the application of a survey fieldwork with college students, the motivational aspects of the course graduates, comparing their initial motivation with their current motivation, the influences that the course generated in their personal and professional lives and their expectations after completing the course. The results obtained in the research made it possible to identify a profile of students who chose the course, their expectations during graduation and after completion. It appears that the course meets the expectations of graduates and that it adds knowledge that will be used in the exercise of the profession. The opportunities for professional growth that the course provided to graduates are also noticeable.
