Abstract

O relatório de proposta de solução/melhoria da cadeia farmacêutica com ênfase na insulina humana recombinante propõe solucionar o problema encontrado no processo interno (produção) relacionado ao atraso nas entregas devido ao uso ineficaz do sistema de gestão de estoque, onde a proposta se baseou no uso do sistema Quick Response (QR) que será responsável por fornecer dados do comportamento do mercado farmacêutico, permitindo que a empresa se antecipe na produção de insulina; utilizará também a ferramenta Efficient Consumer Response (ECR) responsável pelo fluxo preciso, rápido e eficiente das informações referentes à cadeia de suprimentos, garantindo eficácia na reposição dos insumos. O uso conjunto das ferramentas trará solução para o problema, apresentando melhoria na qualidade dos serviços.

The report on the proposed solution / improvement of the pharmaceutical chain with an emphasis on recombinant human insulin proposed to solve the problem found in the internal process (production) related to the delay in deliveries due to the ineffective use of the inventory management system, where a proposal was based the use of the Quick Response (QR) system, which will be responsible for providing data on the behavior of the pharmaceutical market, allowing the company to anticipate the production of insulin; it will also use the Efficient Consumer Response (ECR) responsible for the precise flow, a fast and efficient tool of information related to the supply chain, ensuring effective in the creation of products. The joint use of the tools will bring a solution to the problem, improving the quality of services.
