ADMEDIC: sistema informatizado aplicado à saúde.

Abstract

Visto que a tecnologia é uma aliada da área da saúde e, em 2004, foi lançado o perene programa de segurança pela Organização Mundial de Saúde (OMS), o sistema informatizado desktop Admedic pretende facilitar a administração e a rotina de registros de cadastros. Como a área da saúde necessita de mais qualidade de vida e minimizar falhas humanas, propõe-se com a tecnologia o sistema de auxílio quanto à administração de medicamentos e suas dosagens, posologia, procedimentos de enfermagem com relação a horários e lida com pacientes. O sistema cadastrará os pacientes e alertando os horários dos medicamentos, e caberá aos usuários, os próprios enfermeiros, alimentá-lo com informações e dados. Os profissionais cadastrados serão médicos e enfermeiros. O projeto pretende, ao que se trata dos pacientes, ter um espaço especial para o registro dos medicamentos administrados, com opção de dosagens ml e mg, resguardando lapsos. Além de também registrar os respectivos leitos e quartos em situação de internação. Na presente pesquisa foi observado que os registros em papel ainda são o usual, e que seria favorável os dispositivos informatizados úteis para este fim. Por meio da linguagem Delphi, e outras ferramentas, o sistema foi desenvolvido para simplificar os registros e contribuir para diminuir possíveis falhas humanas, proporcionando maior segurança; pois a tecnologia, assim como apontou Almeida (2000), traz rapidez e custos reduzidos. A função do projeto é auxiliar na rotina do enfermeiro a organizar e administrar um volume de informações fornecidas em tempo real.

Since technology is an ally of health care area and in 2004 the perennial security program was launched by the World Health Organization (WHO), the desktop computer system Admedic aims to facilitate the administration and routine of register. As the health area needs more quality of life and minimize human failures, it is proposed with the technology the aid system regarding the administration of medications and their dosages, posology, nursing procedures in relation to schedules and deals with patients. The system will register the patients and it will alert the schedules of the medicines, and it will be up to the users, the nurses themselves, to feed it with information and data. The registered professionals will be doctors and nurses. The project intends, related to the patients, to have a special space for the registration of the medicines administered, with option of dosages ml and mg, saving of errors. In addition to also register the respective beds and rooms in situation of hospital stay. In the present research it was observed that the records in paper are still the usual and, that would be favorable the computerized devices useful for this purpose. Through the Delphi language and other tools, the system was developed to simplify the registries and contribute to diminish possible human faults, providing greater security; because the technology, as pointed out by Almeida (2000), brings speed and low costs. The function of the project is to assist the nurse's routine in organizing and managing a volume of information provided in real time.
