Representatividade e inclusão de deficientes auditivos e surdos nas organizações

Abstract

A inclusão e representatividade dos surdos nas organizações mostra-se um tema pouco comentado e de pouco estudo, apesar de sua grande relevância no contexto do mercado atual. O presente trabalho tem por objetivo trazer à tona esta problemática oculta, analisar dados e estáticas referentes ao tema, relatos reais de deficientes auditivos, bem como examinar o panorama geral do capacitismo com foco nos surdos, e a partir dessas informações promover uma reflexão sobre uma questão não evidente.

The inclusion and representation of deaf people in organizations is a topic that is little commented on and little studied, despite its great relevance in the context of the current market. The present work aims to bring this hidden problem to light, analyze data and statistics relating to the topic, real reports from hearing impaired people, as well as examine the general panorama of ableism with a focus on the deaf, and based on this information, promote reflection on a question is not obvious.
