A Evolução Feminina na Gestão Empresarial

Abstract

Por muito tempo a mulher foi considerada como sexo frágil, mas podemos perceber que isso vem mudando com a passar do tempo. A mulher vem ganhando espaço garantindo seu lugar em cargos elevados, proporcionando seus conhecimentos para outros. Nas pesquisas bibliográficas podemos compreender quais são os desafios que nas mulheres enfrentamos do passado até o momento atual na Gestão Empresarial. Sabemos que a trajetória da mulher para atingir um cargo elevado é bem difícil comparado com o sexo masculino. A desigualdade salarial é nítida referente ao sexo masculino, porém estamos lutando para que isso vem a ser mudado, mesmo assim é notável a evolução feminina na Gestão Empresarial.

For a long time, the women were considered the weaker sex, but we can see that this has been changing over time. Women have been gaining space, assuming their place in high positions, providing their knowledge to others. In bibliographical research, we can understand the challenges that women have faced from the past to the present in business management. We know that the path for women to reach a higher position is very difficult compared to men. Salary inequality is clear for men. The women keep fighting for this to be changed. Even so, the female evolution in business management is notable.
