Abstract

O presente trabalho aborda os fundamentos e princípios da legislação esportiva, trazendo fatos como brigas entre torcedores, racismo, direitos da mulher no esporte, influência do esportista na conduta do torcedor, lei do incentivo ao esporte, buscando entender as concepções perante o assunto. Por meio das análises de texto, artigos e vídeos foi possível adquirir compreensão e conhecimento do tema para levantar os tópicos sobre conceito, natureza jurídica, evolução histórica, legislação e punições, além de direito comparado. Vale ressaltar que foram apresentadas algumas soluções para que se conscientize as pessoas e que se puna com rigor o infrator.

The present work deals with the foundations and principles of sports legislation, bringing facts such as fights among fans, racism, women 's rights in sports, influence of the sportsman on the conduct of the supporter, law of the sport incentive, seeking to understand the conceptions before the subject. Through the analyzes of text, articles and videos it was possible to acquire understanding and knowledge of the topic to raise the topics about concept, legal nature, historical evolution, legislation and punishments, as well as comparative law. It is worth mentioning that some solutions have been presented to make people aware and to punish the offender with rigor.
