Importância do controle de estoque para o setor fabril

Abstract

Com base em tudo que foi visto e estudado durante o curso, conseguimos escolher um tema que propõe mostrar o poder de uma boa gestão dentro da empresa fabril, neste tema pode ser abordado diversas ideias e conceitos, começando pela logística, onde podemos ver o conceito geral e onde é aplicada. Para se manter uma boa gestão é necessário também incluir o conceito de estoque e os tipos de estoques para saber exatamente qual estoque será melhor para se aplicar na empresa e como trabalhar com cada um deles, e dentro desse processo, existe o just in time e lead time, no qual são de extrema importância para o conhecimento do gestor, que o ajuda a manter uma boa gestão evitando erros e perdas no estoque, para manter esse processo, é necessário entender a sua importância e também as ferramentas que podem ser utilizadas para facilitar nessa tarefa, como por exemplo a curva ABC que é muito utilizada para ajudar no controle do estoque, com todas essas ferramentas o importante é falar também sobre o inventário, algo que é feito para manter a mercadoria e controlar o estoque, para mostrar ao gestor como está indo todo o processo, esse inventário é feito periodicamente e toda empresa deve manter seu estoque controlado, visando todo o custo e boa organização para a empresa melhorar sua qualidade e podendo aumentar a produtividade.

Based on everything that was seen and studied during the course, we chose a theme that proposes to show the power of good management within the manufacturing company. In this theme can be approached several ideas and concepts, starting with logistics, where we can see the general concept and where it is applied. To maintain good management it is also necessary to include the concept of inventory, the types to know exactly which stock will be the best to be applied in the company and how to work with each of them, and within this process there is just in time and lead time, that are extremely important for the knowledge of the manager and helps him maintain good management avoiding errors and losses in the stock. To maintain this process, it is necessary to understand its importance and also the tools that can be used to facilitate this task, such as the ABC curve that is widely used to with all these tools the important thing is to also talk about inventory, something that is done to keep the merchandise and control the stock, to show the manager how the process is developed, this inventory is done periodically and every company must keep its inventory controlled, aiming at all the cost and good organization for the company to improve its quality and can increase productivity.
