Nesse artigo, o tema principal abordado será contextualizar o problema com a empregabilidade das pessoas tatuadas em empresas Front Office de Lorena, considerando o fato que há esse preconceito com tal, principalment e no recrutamento e seleção dessas organizações, assim trazendo uma conclusão e contextualização sobre esse problema.

In this article, the main topic addressed will be to contextualize the problem w i t h t he employability of tattooed people in Front Office companies in Lorena, considering the fact that there is this prejudice against this, especially in the recruitment and selection of these organizations, thus bringing a conclusion and contextualization about this problem.
