Abstract

A lei geral de proteção de dados tem como principal objetivo assegurar que os direitos virtuais dos cidadãos sejam cumpridos. Visto que, o acesso a internet se tornou cada vez mais comum, cabe a essa norma também, instruir como essa tecnologia deve ser utilizada sem riscos. O tema foi escolhido pois se trata de uma lei recém-lançada no direito, tampouco conhecida pelo público. Paralelo a isso, nota-se uma insegurança na navegação e o acesso a Internet, com cada vez mais políticas e os chamado ‘cookies’, as pessoas ficam cada vez mais desatualizadas, demandando novos estudos para mantê-las informadas. Conclui-se, portanto, mediante às pesquisas de campo realizadas, que no geral, mesmo a maioria das pessoas achando que há um exagero e falta de técnica no manejo da internet, nota-se uma certa insatisfação, referente a insuficiência de normas no território brasileiro. Podendo afirmar, contudo, que o passo da tecnologia está muito a frente da informação proveniente da população em sua maioria.

Theme was chosen because a recently launched law in law, known to the public is about. At the same time that more and more people have access to these policies, it is noticed that they access them more and more, with this, safely, and with the calls each time they are reserved for cookies, requiring them to be informed to new. It is concluded, therefore, from the field research carried out, that in general, even most people think that there is a lack of technique in the management of the internet, therefore, a certain dissatisfaction, referring to a regulation in the Brazilian territory. It can be said, however, that the pace of technology is far ahead of the information coming from the population for the most part.
