Portfólio do evento Fatequila 2.0: o retorno

Abstract

O presente portfólio apresenta como foi a elaboração do evento Fatequila 2.0: O retorno organizado pela diretoria da AFPP (Atlética Fatec Presidente Prudente) desde a primeira reunião para decisão de como seria feito, as estratégias de marketing, como foi as vendas juntamente com a parte financeira até a entrega do evento. A edição 2.0 foi inspiração da primeira festa realizada no ano de 2019 que foi de grande sucesso, e a atual gestão deu continuidade para se tornar um evento tradicional da universidade. A festa Fatequila teve como objetivo unir os alunos da universidade gerando momentos de lazer para todos os presentes, e o retorno financeiro revertido para um torneio que a AFPP iria participar, fazendo que com o pacote por aluno ficaria com valores mais baixos. Aqui você verá a importância da realização deste evento para as alunas do curso de eventos da Fatec de Presidente Prudente, e como a festa agregou em suas vidas como profissionais da área. Fizemos sem muita experiência por estar no meio do curso e podemos perceber erros que poderão ser evitados nos próximos

We show in this portfolio how the elaboration of the Fatequila 2.0 event was: The feedback organized by the board of directors of AFPP (Atlética Fatec Presidente Prudente) from the first meeting to decide how it would be done, the marketing strategies, how was the sales along with the financial part until the delivery of the event. The 2.0 edition was the inspiration for the first party held in 2019, which was a great success, and the current management continued it to become a traditional event at the university. The Fatequila party aimed to unite the students of the university generating moments of leisure for all those present, and the financial return reverted to a tournament that AFPP would participate in, making the package per student have lower values. Here you will see the importance of holding this event for the students of the events course at Fatec in Presidente Prudente, and how the party added to their lives as professionals in the area. We did it without much experience because we were in the middle of the course and we can see mistakes that can be avoided in the next ones
