Assessoria em grandes eventos

Abstract

Com o aumento na quantidade de eventos realizados, percebese que apesar das dificuldades financeiras provocadas pela crise econômica pela qual o Brasil atravessa, é possível realizar eventos de grande porte, e eles mostram a importância de pessoas que trabalham como Assessores de Eventos, planejando e realizandoos com a ajuda de pessoas especializadas no ramo, de empresas que patrocinam e/ou apoiam, fazendo com que cada momento possa valer a pena, para um grande público, como é o encontrado nos grandes festivais de músicas, realizados no Brasil e no exterior. Roberto Medina, idealizador do “Rock in Rio”, foi a inspiração para o desenvolvimento desse Artigo, e mostra que a “Assessoria em grandes Eventos” não pode deixar a desejar, na organização, na comunicação, e na qualidade do atendimento, itens que são fundamentais. Este Artigo de Revisão mostra o trabalho que as pessoas envolvidas na assessoria em grandes eventos realizam para a montagem dos grandes festivais de músicas, que têm acontecido no Brasil, e como conseguiram expandirse para outros países. As medidas certeiras que foram tomadas para garantir uma prestação de serviço de qualidade no ramo, serão relatadas para o aprendizado dos Técnicos em Eventos.

With the increase in the number of events, it is possible to realize that despite the financial difficulties caused by the economic crisis that Brazil is undergoing, it is possible to hold large events, and they show the importance of people working as Event Advisers, planning and performing them with the help of people specialized in the field, companies that sponsor and / or support, making every moment worthwhile, for a large audience, as is found in the great music festivals held in Brazil and abroad. Roberto Medina, founder of "Rock in Rio", was the inspiration for the development of this article, and shows that the "Advising in major Events" cannot leave in the organization, in the communication, and in the quality of service, they are fundamental. This Review Paper shows the work that the people involved in the advisory services at major events hold for the assembly of the great music festivals that have taken place in Brazil and how they have been able to expand to other countries. The accurate measures that have been taken to ensure the provision of quality service in the field will be reported to the Event Technicians.
