Breve comparativo conceitual entre gestão da informação e do conhecimento versus organização da informação e do conhecimento

Abstract

A informação e o conhecimento são bens que devem ser armazenados de forma a permitir sua recuperação, para garantir uma possível distribuição e geração de novos bens. Para o conhecimento ser armazenado, recuperado e utilizado ele deve estar descrito de forma que se permita sua utilização, de acordo com as culturas e contextos ali presentes, para possíveis soluções de problemas de forma e eficiente e eficaz. Sendo assim, a gestão e representação do conhecimento adequada ao ambiente pode ser vista como uma forma inteligente de se organizar informações para auxílio na solução de problemas complexos. Este trabalho trata a gestão da informação e do conhecimento e a organização da informação e do conhecimento, apresenta-se um breve comparativo teórico entre elas e discorre sobre possíveis pontos de como uma pode colaborar com a outra. Assim, a presente pesquisa abordou a gestão da informação e do conhecimento e a organização da informação e do conhecimento, tendo como objetivo conceitua-los teoricamente para apresentar suas diferenças e também identificar se há maneiras de uma complementar a outra, auxiliando na eficácia da representação, organização, recuperação, gestão e utilização da informação e do conhecimento. Diante disto, realizou-se uma pesquisa teórica exploratória a fim de entender os conceitos proposto. Com a análise observou-se que há formas de colaboração entre GI/GC e OI/OC, na função de representação e organização.

Thus, the management and representation of knowledge appropriate to the environment can be seen as an intelligent way of organizing information to aid in the solution of complex problems. This work deals with the management of information and knowledge and the organization of information and knowledge, presents a brief theoretical comparison between them and discusses possible points of how one can collaborate with the other. Thus, the present research addressed the management of information and knowledge and the organization of information and knowledge, aiming to conceptualize them theoretically to present their differences and also to identify if there are ways to complement each other, aiding in the effectiveness of representation, organization, recovery, management and use of information and knowledge. In view of this, a theoretical exploratory research was carried out in order to understand the proposed concepts. With the analysis it was observed that there are forms of collaboration between GI / GC and OI / OC, in the function of representation and organization.
