Análise para agilizar o prazo de entrega no delivery

Abstract

O principal objetivo do presente trabalho é encontrar estratégias para agilizar o prazo de entrega no delivery. Sabemos que o delivery se tornou algo presente no dia a dia, por ser algo rápido e prático e que obteve um grande crescimento durante a pandemia do COVID19. Sabendo dos problemas causados durante as entregas de alimentos, buscou-se soluções para a melhoria do delivery, para que o cliente final receba seu produto em boas condições e sinta-se satisfeito ao consumi-lo.

The main objective of the present work is to find strategies to speed up the delivery time in delivery. We know that delivery has become something present in our daily lives, because it is fast and practical and that it had a great growth during the COVID19 pandemic. Knowing the problems caused during food deliveries, we look for solutions to improve delivery, so that the end customer receives their product in good condition and feels satisfied when consuming it.
